Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return. Additionally, certain product categories — such as personal care items, hygiene-related appliances, software, or digital goods — cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@wowmart.pk or through our website’s Help Center. Our team will guide you through the quick verification process, which may include providing pictures or videos of the product’s condition.

3. Return Process and Refund Timeline

After your return or exchange request is approved, our logistics team will schedule a pickup or drop-off of the item, depending on your location. Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
